Mastering Emotions For Happiness and Longevity.

For the hundreds of us out there that have ‘trauma’, you most likely have learned somewhat how to master your emotions. Having to “keep quiet” for some reason or other, holding together and not going insane, etc.

Our ego is really good at protecting us, and we have had to put “a cap” on it in times of trauma, or when it wasn’t safe to do so. During a traumatic event it most likely did well for us, but the ego tends to continue in life and wants us to“play it safe” so to speak and that no longer serves us as adults.
